The delivery options presented below are valid on the territory of Poland. If you wish to purchase from outside the Polish borders, please contact our office in advance in order to estimate the delivery to another country.

Delivery options:

1. DPD CLASSIC courier - is a courier service that provides a standard one-day delivery time. It includes insurance of the parcel up to 1000 PLN, two delivery attempts and the possibility to check delivery information on the website:

DPD Classic delivery costs are calculated according to the total weight of the parcel and are as follows:

0.10~0.50 kg - 23.00 PLN gross

0.55~1.00 kg - 45.00 PLN gross

1.10~20.00 kg - 66,00 PLN gross

2. DPD Reception Point Pickup - there are over 2500 DPD Pickup Points all over the country. If you want to find a Pickup Point in your area, just type the name of the town and street in the search engine or simply click on the chosen place on the map. More about the service:

DPD RPP shipping costs are calculated according to the total shipment weight and are as follows:

0.10~5.00 kg - 17,00 

5.00~20.00 kg - 32,00 PLN gross

3. courier DHL - in DHL Parcel service DHL delivers parcels up to 20 kg on the territory of Poland and delivery of such parcels is possible in three options - the next working day till 12.00, between 18.00 and 22.00 or till the end of the next working day.

DHL shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of the shipment and are:

0.10~0.50 kg - 23.00 PLN gross

0.55~1.00 kg - 45.00 PLN gross

4. Paczkomaty InPost - there are over 7 000 machines in the whole country. The strength of Paczkomaty is its speed and convenience. The machines are located in close proximity to housing estates and stores and are open 24/7, so everyone can easily collect parcels. Costs of delivery to Paczkomaty InPost are calculated according to the total weight of the parcel and are as follows:

0.10~20.00 kg - 19.00 PLN gross

5. courier shipment - in the case of delivery carried out from an external warehouse, the shipment will be sent by a courier company with which the warehouse cooperates. Information about the courier company will be provided to you along with the tracking number. Courier shipment in the Free Delivery option refers to the courier company selected by the seller for efficient and safe delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of the shipment and are:

0.10~35.00 kg - 66,00 PLN gross

6. Orlen Paczka - the new service is a joint venture of PKN Orlen and Ruch S.A. Customers can still send and receive parcels in the kiosks they have used so far as part of the Paczka w RUCHu service. Apart from that, there are new places with courier services - some petrol stations, partner points and parcel machines of Orlen. You decide when and where to send or receive your parcel, choosing the most convenient point for you. If you want to find a pick-up point in your area, just enter the name of the town and street in the search engine or simply click the chosen place on the map. Delivery time: 1 day for regional parcels, 2 days for national parcels. You have up to 5 days to collect your parcel.
