Rules for returning purchases
If the product you ordered turned out to be wrong, you can easily return it. All you have to do is use our shopping return page, available at https://di-emem.eu/zwrot.

You choose the products to return
You can return all products or only some of them, and you have 14 days to do so.

You specify the shipping details
You pack the products into a package, choose a delivery option and pay for the return shipment.

You send the package back
You hand over the return shipment to the courier or take it to the selected shipping point.

You receive a refund
You receive a refund within 7 days, of which you will be notified by email.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. However, remember that the goods must not have signs of use. To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you physically received/received the purchased goods. We consider it an unequivocal statement to register the return on our shopping return page (and we recommend this form). The Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in the cases specified in detail in Article 38 paragraph 1 of the Law of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights.
Refund
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will return to you the amount paid for the goods and the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the chosen method of delivery other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered in our store), within 7 days, and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day on which we received your statement of withdrawal from the contract.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or provide proof of their return.
If you choose to return via our site to return your purchases, proof of return of the returned goods will be the status of the return shipment, which we will receive automatically after the return is reported.
We will refund your payment using the same payment methods as in the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise.
The buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the returned products resulting from use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. We reserve the right to claim damages against the Consumer on this account, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Return of goods
Returned items must be sent back or handed over to our store immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is considered to have been met if the item is sent back before the expiration of the 14-day period.
The cost of returning the goods to our store shall be borne by the returning person.
