Punisher is not a comic book superhero. He is a man of blood and bones who uses the tools he knows, those he has learned to use in the Special Forces. He uses pistols, sniper rifles, knives, grenades, his own bare hands if he has to bring justice to the criminals.

Navy SEAL Team 3 sniper Chris Kyle was one of many who painted the Punisher symbol on their weapons and vehicles. Is this where the name SNIPER SKULL comes from?
